The Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) and the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) are the two largest U.S. federal conduits for paying landowners to adopt soil-health and conservation practices. Together they are the point at which the public dollar most directly meets the regenerative pattern.
